Instructions

Step 1
Rinse, drain, and dry red beans. Brown ground beef, drain, then add taco seasoning per package directions. Allow to cool completely.
Step 2
Mix together Lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onion, beans, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese in a very large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
When ready to serve, mix in 1/2 to a whole bottle of Catalina dressing and stir in Fritos.
