Instructions
Step 1
Lamb cutting into 3-4 cm. Add paste and coat throughly. Leave for minimum of 30 minutes but ideally for all night in the fridge.
Step 2
Sear marinted meat in a pan, along with onions. Transfer to the slow cooker.
Step 3
In a bowl mix passata, yogurt, corriander, mint and spices.
Step 4
Put all ingredients to slow cooker.
Step 5
Low 6 hours
Step 6
Serve with rice, flatbread, naan or anything what you like. Enjoy
