Thai Curry with Chicken (MCC)

This thai curry with chicken is quick to prepare and amazing! I eat it just as is, but you can also prepare some jasmine rice to go with it.
I added some veggies in the ingredientes, but you can just use any veggies you like.

400mlcan coconut milk
500gboneless chicken breasts
or thighs, sliced into thin bite-size pieces
60mlchicken broth
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
1the juice of lime
300gred bell pepper
or green, cubed
300gcarrots
sliced
125gonion
cubed
125gcanned bamboo shoots
4lime leaves
12thai basil leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Add the curry paste and half of the coconut milk in the bowl. Program in normal mode 3'/speed 1/100º
Step 2
Add the chicken, broth and the other half of the coconut milk. Program in normal mode 15'/speed 1 backwards/95º
Step 3
Add the fish/soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chopped veggies and lime leaves to the bowl. Program in normal mode 4'/speed 1 backwards
Step 4
Adjust sauce, sugar or juice to taste and stir in the basil leaves
