Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425F

Thinly slice cucumber and marinate with rice wine vinegar and salt in the fridge

Whisk miso paste, black vinegar, and some oil in a bowl. Remove stems from brussel sprouts, half, and coat with sauce. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast.
Step 4
In a separate pan, cover salmon filets with gochujang and salt. Bake for about 15 minutes or medium in doneness alongside brussel sprouts.
Step 5
Broil sprouts and salmon on high for 3-5 minutes or deeply browned.
Step 6
Serve salmon with sprouts and cucumber salad. Top with lime, seasame seeds and seasame oil.
