Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix meat, onion, pepper, oatmeal, salt milk. In a sperate bowl mix the sauce.
Step 3
Put meat mixture in a small pan, pour sauce over meat and bake for 1 hour. Should be a bit longer but continue to check.
