Kayla’s Cheese Steak Eggrolls

With tender steak, and melted gooey cheese, covered in a crispy spring roll, this cheese steak egg roll might just be the new family favorite.

Ingredients
10 servings
2 Tbsdigon mustard
4 Tbsbutter
3 ½ Tbsflour
4 cupsheavy whipping cream
4 cupssharp cheddar cheese
1 cupguyer cheese
½ cupparmesan cheese
½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1 pinchpepper
1shallot
chopped
2 LbsSteak
1 lbground beef
spring rolls
oil
Instructions
Step 1
Sear steak in a pan on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side
Step 2
Coat a skillet pan with oil and pour in ground beef, break down into tiny pieces in pan and cook until brown
Step 3
Set meat aside
Step 4
Heat butter in a sauce pan, whisk in flour and stir until cream colored
Step 5
Gradually add heavy cream
Step 6
Reduce to a simmer
Step 7
Place minced shallots, and pepper into sauce pan
Step 8
Add cheddar cheese and digon mustard
Step 9
Mix guyer, Parmesan, and mozzarella in to pan
Step 10
Mix until fully combined, then pour into bowl.
Step 11
Add in cooked meat
Step 12
Chill in fridge for 30 mins
Step 13
Place a line of mixture in spring roll and then fold spring roll.
Step 14
Cook in an air fryer for 10 mins or until golden brown
