Instructions
Step 1
Spray or line your crockpot
Step 2
Season chicken then add it to the crockpot

Add liquid smoke and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours

Once your chicken is cooked, shred it with a hand mixer. Do not drain it before shredding.

Add remaining BBQ sauce to the chicken and stir until well combined

Preheat oven to 420

Thinly spicy your potatoes. Add to a mixing bowl and add oil and seasonings to taste

Line potatoes on a greased baking dish. Cook for 10 minutes, flip each potato, then cook for 10 more minutes

While your potatoes cook, cook and chop your bacon, chop your green onions, and drain your can of corn and beans

Step 11
Top potatoes with cheese, BBQ chicken, bacon, corn, black beans, green onions, and Greek yogurt for a sour cream replacement
