Step 1
roast peppers in advance, allow to cool
Step 2
put tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then peel and chop
Step 3
put all ingredients except toast, vinegar, pulpo and extra water in a liquidizer and whizz until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, whizz again. May need to do this in batches. Season with salt and pepper
