Instructions
Step 1
Cut Chicken into Cubes


Step 2
Add Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper to the chicken. Be generous with these seasonings. I suggest putting the chicken in a large bag and shaking and massaging the bag to evenly coat all the chicken with the seasonings.





Step 3
Place the chicken on parchment paper in an over safe pan and spray with some cooking spray. Cook in the over at 350 degrees for 25 min.


Step 4
To a pan on medium heat add Sesame oil, Garlic, Ginger, Orange Juice, Soy Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Orange Zest.









Step 5
In a separate cup or bowl, mix corn starch and water till smooth, then add to the sauce mixture in the pan. Turn it down to a low heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.


Step 6
Add Chili Flakes and chicken. Mix well ensuring the sauce is evenly spready across the chicken and allow to cook and additional 5 minutes.
