Instructions

Step 1
Add ground pork to a large, oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until browned, around 8-10 minutes, then remove the pan and set it aside in a bowl.
Step 2
On the same pan over medium-high heat, add the mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes until the mushrooms have turned a golden brown.
Step 3
Add in the white onion, garlic, carrots, and cabbage, and cook for another 6-8 minutes. The onion, carrots, and cabbage should all be softened.
Step 4
Add the kale and saute for another 2 minutes, until it softens.
Step 5
Add the pork back into the skillet.
Step 6
Mix in the soy sauce, ground ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha. Salt and pepper to taste. Once completely combined, you're ready to serve
Step 7
Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
