Instructions
Step 1
Brown the lamb for a few minutes before adding the halved tomatoes, green pepper, and a little water
Step 2
Cook this for another 10 minutes and remove the tomato skin
Step 3
10 minutes and add the garlic
Step 4
10 minutes and add the spice mix (not garam masala) and chopped onions
Step 5
When the sauce has thickened sufficiently, add the coriander and chopped chillies
