Step 1

To start off mix together your brown sugar, sugar, and butter in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until it turns into a light brownish color.
Step 2

Next add in your eggs, vanilla extract, and milk and mix with a beater, fork, or whisk until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add in your AP flour, kosher salt, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Carefully mix it all together with a spatula or fork.
Step 4

After you have it all mixed together into a cookie dough like consistency add in your chocolate chips and mix!
Step 5
Roll your cookie dough into medium sized balls, you can also use an ice cream scoop if you have one. Put your cookies onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper and throw them into the oven at 350ºF for 13-14 minutes. (I usually do 13 minutes).
Step 6
Take your cookies out and sprinkle them with a pinch of kosher salt. Now for the moment you’ve been waiting for, dig in and enjoy!🍪💗
