Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

While your oven is preheating, wash your tomatoes and wash and chop your spinach

In a greased baking dish, add your tomatoes, chopped spinach, and feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with oil, season, and stir until well combined.

Bake tomato mixture for 30 minutes

While that bakes, begin boiling a pot of water

In a skillet over medium high heat, also begin browning your ground Italians sausage

Once your water is boiling, cook your pasta according to the package

When your tomato mixture is done cooking, mash your tomatoes and stir the mixture into the cheese until well combined. Be careful here that the tomatoes do not burn you while mashing them
Step 9
Once your sauce is well combined, add your sausage and pasta and stir once more
