Step 1
1. Chop the cilantro to yield about 2tbsp chopped zest and juice the lime. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes

2. Combine the turkey, pickled jalapeno, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice in a medium bowl

3. Warm a large, non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the tortillas, one at a time, and warm until crispy and dark brown in spots, about 1 minute on each side
