Who doesn't love a quick and easy meal.
All you need is 3 ingredients for this meal that can feed 4 adults.
This foolproof recipe is perfect for when you don't want to cook a full meal
Add the beef to the pan and cook for about 5-10 mins, stirring to break up the meat, until it browns. Once the meat is crumbly, stir occasionally to prevent it sticking and burning, but don’t keep stirring it, otherwise it just cools rather than letting the meat brown.
Once the mince is cooked add your bbq sauce(any brand will do) let it simmer on low heat while you cook the pasta.
Once your pasta is cooked you can either mix it in the bbq mince mixture or plate up your pasta then put the mince over the top
