Put on a pan of water for the noodles

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Double the sauce if you like sauce as much as I do.

Baking the salmon

Cook the sauce on a low to medium temperature, and give a proper stir inbetween. When the sauce starts to thicken (which takes about 6-10 minutes), add the salmon. Bake the salmon in the sauce, first for about 8 minutes on one side. Flip over to the other side and keep pouring the sauce over the salmon with a ladle to keep it tender while baking. It needs another few minutes, depending on the thickness. Salmon can be rosé in the middle if you like.

During the teriyaki sauce sizzling/salmon baking, chop your veggies. Take a wok pan and fry the garlic in the wok oil shortly before adding the othes vegetables. Stir-fry the vegetables. Meanwhile, cook the noodles as the packaging says so. Add the noodles to your wok pan. Finally, poor the leftover teriyaki sauce from the salmon pan into the noodles and give a good stir. Divide the veggie noodles over plates, cut the salmon in pieces and place on top of the noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion if you like. Enjoy!
