Ingredients

2 poundssalmon
3 poundsshrimp
2 tspdark chili powder
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tspGarlic salt
2 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspblack pepper
2 tablespoonsriracha oil
2 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
2 cupslong grain white rice
cooked
1cucumber
diced
1 cupcarrots
shredded
3 tablespoonsDijon mustard
2 tablespoonscajun seasoning
1 tablespoonbrown sugar
Instructions
Step 1
First remove the skin from your salmon and cut them into bite size pieces. Also if you have fresh shrimp remove the shell and devein them, but if not skip this step.
Step 2
In one bowl add your shrimp 1 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, and brown sugar, and mix in a bowl. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In another bowl add your salmon, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, sriracha oil, dark chili powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix with a spoon to ever piece of salmon is covered. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Next cut up your cucumbers in to triangles, and add your shredded carrots to a bowl. Then add some sriracha oil and toss your vegetables in them.
Step 5
Then place your salmon pieces in the air fryer on 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Next place your shrimp in the air fryer on 375 degrees for 6 minutes.
Step 6
After both meats are cooked add you some cooked rice and add your salmon, shrimp, and vegetables on top of your cooked rice.
