🍋Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Instructions

Step 1
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving and serve over rice or with a sweet potato and your favorite veg!

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
