Is preheat oven to 350゚

Line muffin tens with baking cups

In a medium size mixing bowl whisked the egg briskly with a fork for 1 to 2 minutes

Divide the batter into muffin cups

Dust with shredded coconut

Bake for 25 minutes or until tops begin to Brown the muffins will be soft and firm up as they cool let muffins cool completely before removing from tins

To make 2 flax eggs in a blender calf carafe combine 2 tablespoons of ground black seed and 6 tablespoons of water blend on high speed for 2 minutes
