1 Tsptoasted white sesame seeds

1 tspsesame oil
0.5 lbground pork

Instructions
Step 1
In a large, well oiled pot over medium high heat, add the garlic, shallot, and ginger. Stir often for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Around 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the miso, crushed sesame seeds, and chicken broth. Mix until the miso dissolves, then turn to a simmer.
Step 4
If you want a soft boiled egg, follow these steps: bring a separate pot of water to a rolling boil; gently place your egg in the pot; let the egg boil for exactly 7 minutes; remove the egg and place into a bowl of ice water to stop the egg from cooking any longer. Peel and slice in half to serve!
Step 5
Add your noodles and bok choy, cover, and let cook for another 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
