Instructions
Step 1
Add soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, white sugar, and brown sugar into a pot and let it simmer
Step 2
In a separate bowl add 1 tsp water and corn starch and mix. Then add the slurry into the pot. Then set aside
Step 3
Bread the chicken by coating it in flour, dipping into the egg wash, then dipping back into the flour.
Step 4
Fry on medium to high for 6 minutes a tender.
Step 5
Then toss the tenders in the orange sauce
Step 6
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy
