Step 1
Chop raw bacon.
Step 2
Place bacon in wok and add water. Stir fry until back is crispy.
Step 3
Remove bacon but save bacon grease and water in wok. Add peppercorns, dried chilies and cloves of garlic. Cook until fragrant ( 2 minutes)
Step 4
Rip cabbage in to bite size pieces and place in wok on high. Cook until tender but still having a crunch.
Step 5
Add cooked bacon and sause.Stir fry until hot.
