I throw this together for a quick dinner. All you have to do is make sure you have already cooked white rice that's at least a day old! Kids loved it!

Step 1
In a deep frying pan or wok heat up 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Saute your garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 2
Add the spam and season with onion powder. Cook until slightly browned and then add your corn.
Step 3
Push everything to the outside edges. Drizzle another tbsp of sesame oil to the middle and add your eggs, scrambling them before pouring them in.
Step 4
Stir eggs constantly within the well you created until they're completely cooked.
Step 5
Add your rice and soy sauce and mix everything until the rice is warmed through and everything is well incorporated. Add more soy sauce if desired.
