This is my go to breakfast casserole. It is very simple yet delicious and can be tweaked to your liking such as adding jalapeño peppers, chopped green onions, or chopped green chilies, etc.

Instructions

Step 1
Put shredded hash-browns or tater tots in greased 9 X 13 casserole dish

Mix eggs and milk
Step 3
Season to taste

Add cooked sausage and 1 cup cheese to egg/milk mixture

Pour over potatoes
Step 6
Sprinkle with cheese
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
