Instructions
Step 1
Mix water and yeast together.
Step 2
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the middle.
Step 3
Pour water-yeast solution and mix with a fork.
Step 4
Transfer the dough onto surface and knead with hand.
Step 5
Sprinkle some flour on top and use the pull-fold technique to knead the dough.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 4 parts and make into balls.
Step 7
Rest dough for 2 hours in a warm place. Cover with damp cloth.
Step 8
Shape the dough into a pizza shape and put tomato paste and cheese on top. Drizzle some olive oil and put some basil.
Step 9
Bake in oven for 7 mins. Highest heat oven can provide or 220C.
