Instructions

Step 1
Add the olive oil to the pot and set on sauté. Once the IP shows "hot", add the cumin, garam masala, onion and garlic to the pot. Stir for one minute. Stir in the can of Rotel. Cancel sauté.

Add the lentils, pinto beans, cayenne, salt, and water. Stir to combine. Add the lid and set to seal. Choose manual at high pressure for 45 minutes. When the time is up, allow for a 15 minute natural release before opening. Stir in butter and yogurt. Adjust as needed with salt and cayenne, and serve! Pairs well with rice.
