Instructions

Step 1
1. Bring a large sauce pan or stock pot of water to boil. Boil cauliflower until easily pierced with a fork, About 10 minutes. Drain water And let cool slightly. If you are using frozen cauliflower, cook until al dente.
Step 2
2. Add cooked cauliflower and remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until desired consistency.
Step 3
3. Prepare gravy according to package directions.
