Instructions

Step 1
Firstly, slice your steak, onion & peppers and mince the garlic cloves. Throw it into the slow cooker. Pop the lid on and cook on slow for 5 hours. 30-45 minutes before you want to eat, mix together the corn flour and water then stir it into the steak. Allow to continue cooking until the sauce thickens to a consistency you’re happy with.
