Step 1
Whisk buttermilk, egg, brown sugar, and oil
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add wet (buttermilk) mixture and dry (flour) mixture together. Basically all ingredients together.

Whisk until smooth
Step 5
Cook on lightly oiled griddle (Unless using nonstick).
