Ingredients
4 servings
1onion
diced
6garlic cloves
sliced
2chillis
sliced
3 cmginger
piece, grated or sliced
1pepper
diced
2 stemscoriander
chopped
everything in olive oil
fry, for about ten minutes
3 tblssweet soy sauce
2 tspsground cumin
500gdiced pork
water
Enough, to just cover
150gmushrooms
or green beans or cauliflower
1stock cube
400gtomato passata
good quality
1juice lemon
2 bunchescoriander leaves

Instructions
Step 1
1 onion diced
Step 2
6garlic cloves sliced
Step 3
2 sliced chillis
Step 4
3cm piece of grated or sliced ginger
Step 5
1 pepper diced
Step 6
Stems of two bunches or coriander diced.
Step 7
#fry everything in olive oil for about ten minutes#

3 tbls sweet soy sauce
Step 9
2 tsps ground cumin
Step 10
500g diced pork
Step 11
#cook for another 5 minutes until browned#

Enough water to just cover

150g mushrooms or green beans or cauliflower.

1 stock cube.
Step 15
#cook for about 30 minutes until pork is tender and has reduced a little#

400g jar of good quality tomato passata.
Step 17
#cook for a further 15-20 minutes untiltje sauce has thickened and reduced#

Juice 1 lemon
Step 19
2 bunches Chopped coriander leaves.
Step 20
Serve with rice
