Instructions
Step 1
Mix shortening and water with fork.
Step 2
Add salt , flour and milk.
Step 3
Form into 2 equal sized balls. Roll out onto floured board.
Step 4
Place into pie pan. Bake until lightly brown.
Step 5
Prick bottom and sides with fork if preparing a baked pie shell.
Step 6
Use 2nd ball for another pie or top of fruit pie.
