Instructions

Step 1
Whip the heavy cream until very fluffy.
Step 2
Put the frozen mango in a blender or food processor and puree.
Step 3
Add maple sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the mango and puree again.
Step 4
Fold in the mango puree into the whipped cream.
Step 5
Place in a covered container and freeze overnight.
