Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a large bowl and add avocado oil to it. Turn the chicken a few times with a fork to coat it in the oil.
Step 2
Mix all the seasonings together in a small bowl. Season both sides of chicken with the seasoning mixture.
Step 3
Let sit for 20 minutes.
Step 4
In a large frying pan or cast iron skillet, sauté the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Until internal temp reaches 165°.
Step 5
Serve with couscous salad or sides of choice.
