Set instant pot to SAUTÉ Cook onion in olive oil until soft Add remaining ingredients except noodles Select SOUP (or MANUAL), HIGH PRESSURE and change the time to 10 minutes Quick release pressure after 10 minutes Remove Bay Leaf Take out chicken and shred Turn Instant Pot to SAUTÉ When it comes to a boil add egg noodles and allow to simmer for 6-8 minutes or until soft Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste
