Step 1
Boil chicken stock (or water with chicken bouillon added), add a dash of Sazon seasoning (optional), then add box of elbow noodles (32oz) and boil until noodles are ‘al dente.’

Step 2
Drain/Remove elbow noodles from large pot and place into large baking pan (at least 11 inches).
Step 3
Add milk, heavy cream, cheeses (minus topping), sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic&herbs seasoning to the pot. Mix/stir on medium/low heat until fully melted/blended.

Pour cheese sauce slowly into pan with noodles (mixing portions in until satisfied with noodle/cheese ratio). Note: there might be more cheese sauce than needed, so don’t rush to dump it all in. Extra cheese can be saved for a dip or spread later.
Step 5
Add toppings: fancy shredded sharp cheddar cheese and LIGHTLY sprinkle Adobo seasoning on top. Finish with a little pepper, if desired.

Place pan on baking sheet to catch possible overspill.
Step 7
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees (adjust according to your oven, if needed). Check 20 minutes in and every 5-10 minutes after… REMOVE once golden brown (see photo).
