Instructions
Step 1
Cook spaghetti to Al dente, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°f. Slice the mozzarella into medium slices.
Step 3
Cook the meat and sausage together in a large skillet till done. Drain oil when done and add back to skillet.
Step 4
Add sauce to skillet and stir till mixed.
Step 5
In medium size bowl, beat together the egg, cream cheese and ricotta too smooth consistency.
Step 6
Spoon about a cup of the meat sauce into a 9x13 pan. Layer half of the spaghetti noodles, half of the meat mixture, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Repeat layering for the remaining half of the ingredients.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is fully melted and the sauce is bubbling up around the sides of the dish.
