Step 1
Heat oven to 400°.

Cut salmon into 3-4 portions. Lay skin side down on a baking sheet lined with foil.

In a small bowl, mix together mayo, parmesan, pepper, lemon juice, and dill. Divide the mixture evenly onto the salmon and spread to cover. Top with bread crumbs.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes. Use a spatula to gently separate fish from the skin and serve. Enjoy!
