Instructions
Step 1
Cook turkey before adding. Plz do not add raw.
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil in a pot over medium heat
Step 3
Add carrots, onion and celery. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 min or until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add garlic, bone broth and water. Add precooked turkey meat. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add gnocchi, simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Chop and add spinach and heavy whipping cream to soup. Mix thoroughly. When spinach is wilted, soup is ready.
