Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbground chicken
1 bagcoleslaw mix
onion
medium, sliced
1 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
½ tspground ginger
1 tspUnami seasoning
optional
¼ cuplow sodium soy sauce
2 Tbspsugar free teriyaki sauce
1 tspchili sesame oil
or plain sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Add sliced onion to large sauce pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
Step 2
Sauté a few minutes then add ground chicken, breaking up
Step 3
Cook until chicken is no longer pink and drain any excess juices/water
Step 4
Add entire bag of coleslaw mix and dry seasonings, mix together
Step 5
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil
Step 6
Pour sauce mixture over and mix well
Step 7
Top with sliced green onions, spicy mayo or sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
