Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine black pepper, white pepper, red pepper, thyme, oregano, and flour.
Step 2
Then dredge rabbit in the mixture.
Step 3
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Step 4
Add rabbit and saute over medium heat until fragrant and just brown, about 7 minutes.
Step 5
Add garlic, bay leaves, and stock and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Immediately reduce heat to medium-low, cover loosely with crumpled foil, and simmer until rabbit has cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Step 7
Remove bay leaves.
Step 8
Serve hot with rice or corn bread and sauteed greens.
