I love this bread so much not only for it’s simplicity but the ease at which it comes together and it’s so quick. No proofing or kneading ! Add any seeds or toppings you like !

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl sift flour baking soda and salt then whisk to combine now make a well in the centre and add first 400 ml of buttermilk then use a loose claw hand shape to gently move the flour and buttermilk together . Do NOT knead ! If the dough is still fry add the remaining buttermilk and mix

Step 2
Lightly flour a surface then scoop out the dough. Shape it into antobt then flip it over now flour a tray put the dough on top then make a deep large cross with a knife . Now pierce each corner of the cross once and bake in the oven 232 c for 30-35 minutes and enjoy
