Instructions
Step 1
Feed sourdough the night before or 3 hours before your ready to use the starter.
Step 2
Weight out about 270g sourdough starter in a bowl.
Step 3
Measure out salt and sugar, add to bowl.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Heat frying pan with rings greased and inside pan. Use whichever high heat cooking oil that you have on hand. Today, I used grape seed oil.
Step 6
If using mason jar lids, place ring side up.
Step 7
Add baking soda if you didn't already.
Step 8
Fill rings halfway.
Step 9
Cook until the top is set.
Step 10
Flip and cook the other side.
Step 11
Serve immediately!
