Instructions
Step 1
Boil the bone brother over medium heat. Once hot, add in spinach, soy sauce, and oats and let it cook until oats have fully soaked the liquid
Step 2
While the bone broth is cooking, make a fried egg (I like it over easy)
Step 3
Serve by putting the fried egg over the oats
Step 4
Optional top with chili oil
