Instructions

Step 1
Take pizza dough out of fridge at least 1 hour before you want to start making pizza. Knock out the air, then roll into a log, a spiral, and tuck ends to form a ball. Keep tucking and rotating until the ball is smooth. Place loosely covered in an oiled bowl to rise.

Preheat oven to 450.

Prep sauce and toppings.
Step 4
Spread first pizza dough evenly and gently over a nonstick sheet pan, as big as you can. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake on bottom rack for 16 to 17 minutes. While it bakes, shape and top second pizza.
Step 5
Take out first pizza, let cool on a rack for a few minutes before slicing. Same baking instructions for second pizza and third.
