Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients, except the carrot in a food processor. Mix in the carrot at the end.
Step 2
Make 2 burgers by mushing the ingredients into a burger shape. Lightly fry up in a pan with some coconut oil.
Step 3
Serve burgers inside cos lettuce leaves and serve with rocket salad (just rocket and coconut amino's is yum). You could also serve it with some fried mushrooms with courgette/zucchini.
Step 4
Keep the remaining mix for other recipes. You can also roll them into small balls and freeze.
