Step 1
Use a spiralizer to make zuchinni and carrot noodles then pat them fry to remove some of the moisture. Next bash a garlic clove and peel it then ad it to a pan with a little olive oil and the chilli flakes . Let the garlic color and flavor the oil then toss in the noodles and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat ( careful not to cook longer or they will be mushy )

In a Blender add avocados garlic juice and zest of 1 lemon chopped parsley or whatever herbs you prefer , unsweetened vegan yogurt and nutritional yeast then add a dash of olive oil salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy . Toss this onto the zoodles then toast the sunflower seeds gently and serve . This makes two large servings or 4 small servings
