Instructions
Step 1
In a hot pan sauté peppers and zucchini until slightly charred, but still a little crunchy. Set aside, then cook the patty.
Step 2
For the guacamole mash the avocado and mix with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Assemble the bowl, top with some pickled onions and the sauce of your choice and enjoy!
