2.5 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs

2 x 8 ozfresh mushrooms
containers sliced

8 ozcream cheese
block, softened

1 ½ cupsreduced-sodium chicken broth

1 lbwide egg noodles

3 tablespoonsbutter

2 tablespoonsparsley
chopped, fresh

1 ½ tablespoonscanola oil

1onion
medium, vertically sliced

1.5 lbfresh green beans
trimmed

½ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat canola oil in a large skillet; add chicken, and cook 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer chicken to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker; top with mushrooms.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese and broth in a bowl; stir with a whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Pour cheese mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on Low 4 hours.
Step 4
Prepare noodles according to package directions; stir butter and parsley into cooked noodles.
Step 5
Serve chicken mixture over noodles.
Step 6
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, and sauté 4 minutes or until tender.
Step 7
Add beans; sauté 4 minutes or until just tender.
