2 cupsall purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt
½ tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 stickunsalted butter
1 cupcheddar cheese
parsley
freshly chopped
1 cupbuttermilk
or regular milk
For Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together flour with dry seasonings
Step 2
Add cold butter and mix with hands or a mixer until a sand-like texture
Step 3
Add the cheese, parsley, and buttermilk (or regular milk) and mix until everything is well combined
Step 4
Place waxed paper on a baking sheet pan and spray with baking spray or rub with oil
Step 5
Place spoonfuls of the mixture (however big you'd like) onto the sheet, making sure to social distance them!
Step 6
Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 16-18 minutes
Step 7
Brush on garlic butter once done
