Instructions
Step 1
Place berries in a small sauce pan over medium heat
Add lemon juice and stir and mash the berries for until the berries are broken down and the liquid has thickened.
Remove from heat and cool slightly
Add chia seeds and honey to the mix, stir until combined
Last place in a container with a lid and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight
Serve on toast, bagels, oats, etc.
